Can you believe it Summer is finally here, isn't it lovely to see all the trees decked out in their summer glory and the countryside looking green and verdant. Perfect time for long summer evenings in the garden with the barbeque lit and a lovely bottle of wine - Fish is brilliant cooked on the barbie very quick and simple not to mention a cut above the usual burnt/raw sausage or burger! Wild Salmon and Sea trout fishing has started on our coast and lobsters are in season as well. Watch out for the mackerel shoals coming close to the coastline - you can tell when there's lots of people standing on the piers with their fishing gear catching these delicious silvery fish.
