Beautiful, fresh, local fish. Cheap to buy, easy to cook (grill or pan fry), really good for you (full of omega 3). We will be smoking these this week (with our special mix of oak and beech) perfect with salads or make a quick and delicious pate by flaking a fillet mixing with a dollop of creme fraiche and a smidgen of horseradish. Spread on toast or have with a baked tattie – yum
