Pasta with Smoked Mussels

This recipe was recommended by a Catherine a customer of ours – she used the Loch Fyne Smoked Mussels we sell here

Chop about 8 cherry tomatoes and briefly fry in olive oil with a chopped clove of garlic.

Cook some pasta.

Add a teaspoon of sundried tomato paste to the chopped tomatoes and add a tub of smoked mussels.

Toss in the pasta with enough double cream to coat the pasta.

Stir in a large handful of finely chopped parsley and a couple of tablespoons of shredded fresh basil.

Season with freshly ground pepper.
