Haddock & Whiting- We skin and bone beautifully for the perfect fast food

Hake - Lovely meaty white fish, great for pan frying or oven roasting

Ling - Member of the cod family, ideal in fish pie and fishcakes

Red Mullet - Bake whole in the oven

Squid - Pan fry very quickly in a hot pan to stop it getting chewy! Lovely dusted with salt, pepper and chilli seasoned flour then pan fried

Dover Sole - Dust with flour and pan fry, or forget the diet and bake them in the oven with double cream with a squeeze of lemon

Turbot - Roast the whole fish - delicious

John Dory - We can fillet this gorgeous fish, then you can pan fry them or roast whole in the oven with a knob of butter

Halibut - Pan Fry, Bake in the oven - or have a look on the recipes page for more ideas

Brill - Bake fillets in foil parcels, or bake whole

Yippee Langoustines are Season again - our favourite shellfish, we sell them raw and ready to eat. They are beautiful if you peel the cooked tails and crack the claws, then toss the meats through a salad. Or cook them at home and serve hot with melted garlic butter and fresh crusty bread. Yummy.

Fish Stock - Made daily on the premises, this is the perfect stock for any fish dishes - think risotto's, paella, fish soups, stews or curries.

Latimers Homemade Fish Pie - we make them fresh every day from which ever white fish the boats have landed, for example, Hake, Haddock, Cod, Ling or Whiting. We add a little smoked haddock or cod, cook in a sublime sauce and top with mashed potato. All you have to do is heat it through - perfect ready meal. No preservatives, no additives, and fingers crossed no bones! (Brilliant for kiddies too, ours have eaten this from 1year old!)

Homemade Latimers Cod Fishcakes - exactly what they say they say they are - Made here by hand with fresh cod - take them home, pop in the oven or shallow fry and tea is made! Easy.
